Program Description

Event Details

Join instructor Mike Brown as he guides us through a meditation session. We will start out be practicing a sitting meditation, and then we will transition into a walking meditation. Participants will learn and gain an understanding of the range of formal meditation practice.

No prior meditation experience or knowledge is necessary.
