Event Details
Join us each month on every fourth Tuesday from 2:00 – 3:00 PM for an additional Senior Planet lecture or workshop designed to help adults learn new skills, make new friends, and so much more. Each session will cover a different topic, offering practical tips and hands-on learning.
The topic for this week's workshop is Google Calendar.
Google calendar is a free, web-based calendar that is part of the suite of Google Workspace tools. You can access Google Calendar from any device and you can even sync it with other calendars you may use. In this session, you’ll learn how to create an event, share events with others, set reminders, import events from across the web, and more!
This workshop includes hands-on practice using an electronic device and requires participants to have a Gmail address. Please bring your Gmail username and password and be ready to sign in during the workshop. If you would like assistance creating a Gmail account, please register for a One-on-One Tech Help appointment before attending the workshop. Electronic devices will be provided.
This presentation is a part of the Senior Planet Licensing curriculum provided by Senior Planet from AARP.
