Join us for a Pop-Up Storytime at Winding Branch Ranch!

Mr. Javier will lead a fun storytime and craft activity. Arrive a few minutes early to explore the ranch and meet the animals! Families are welcome to bring a snack or lunch!

Sing, play, and read along with Mr. Ben at 10:30am Family Storytime on Thursday mornings! Storytime will last about 25 minutes and is intended for children 0 - 5 years old. Stay after Storytime for bubbles or playtime!

Come be a part of one of the library's newest book clubs! This book club is geared towards men (age 18 and up) but open to all interested adults.

Nature Quest is a hands-on summer program where elementary students explore the wonders of the natural world through engaging, activity-based learning.

Book a one-on-one technology training session with our Technology Instructor (Marc Dunlap).  These sessions are educational in nature, and you should have a clear goal of what you would like to learn during the session.

Join us for specialty boardgames like Detective's Club, Canvas, Wingspan, and Pandemic. Beginners especially welcome! Enjoy cooperative and solo gaming, competitive as well as collaborative play. This is not your mama's Monopoly!

Kick back, relax, and join us at the library for a movie night! Teens will get to hang out, eat snacks, and enjoy a movie!

Join us as we learn from Juliea Shriver, an college art professor for almost 20 years. This month we will be exploring artworks that embody Summer.

Join us for a magical storytime where kinder–3rd graders listen to a fun, engaging book and then bring the story to life with a hands-on activity! Each week sparks imagination, creativity, and a love of reading.

The following ages are allowed in this program:

Stop by the library on Fridays at 3:30pm for Tween Club: Summer Edition! This club is open for students ages 10 - 14, in grades 5 - 8. 

Come Sing, Move, and Read at the library during Family Storytime! Storytime will last about 25 minutes and is intended for children 0 - 6 years old. 

(Almost) every Saturday at 10:30am in the Youth Services Program Room. 

Learn the basics of origami and practice folding simple, beautiful models from just a single sheet of paper.

Let's Learn about Flag Day! Elementary students are invited to join the Bulverde/Spring Branch VFW Auxiliary for "Flag Day 101" and a celebration of America's 250th birthday complete with books, a craft, flag-folding, and more.

The following ages are allowed in this program:
● Adults 18+
● Youth 16 - 18 with a signed parental permission form on file to work independently

Come to the Children's Programming Room anytime between 2:30 - 3:30pm to read to Daisy! You can bring a book from home or choose a library book.

Join us this summer for Young Explorers Book Club!

Come play mahjong at the library! Practice your mahjong skills as you enjoy snacks and discussion with fellow mahjong players. The library has four mahjong sets for use by attendees, but you are welcome to bring your own set if you prefer.
