Monthly meeting of the Bulverde Area Rural Library District.  Open to the public.  

Join us for a Family Storytime on Thursday mornings at 10:30am! Storytime will last about 25 minutes and is intended for children 0 - 6 years old. Stay after Storytime for a simple craft, sensory activity, or playtime!

Why does eating green foods mean eating foods that don't taste good? Join us as we learn about the benefits of green foods and how to incorporate them into your diet while not sacrificing flavor or nutrition. 

Join us for this session of Hand Lettering Techniques as we practice various hand lettering techniques. Each month we will focus on a lettering style using a specific writing instrument and paper. All supplies will be provided.

The Third Thursday Book Club is led by library community members and is currently accepting new members!

Calling all anime fans! Come check out the library's anime club! Anime fans can come hang out with peers, learn about new anime, talk about their favorite anime, and of course, watch anime!

Do you like TRUE CRIME!? Do you fall into "who dunnit" rabbit holes!? Do you want to meet fellow true crime lovers!?

If you answered yes, then you have come to the right place...

This book club is led by library staff and is accepting a few new members! If you are interested in joining this book club, please fill out the registration form.

Get out of the house and spend time with friends at the library! Let's splash and play on the front patio. We'll provide water toys and a kiddie pool - wear your swimsuit! This program is designed for children 0-5.

Join us as we learn about the importance of fighting light pollution!

Have a craft project but don't want to work alone? Come to BYO Crafting! We invite members of the community to bring their current project to work on at the library. This is an informal social crafting session with no formal instruction.

Stop by the library on Fridays at 3:30 for Tween Club: Summer Edition! This club is open for students ages 10 - 14, in grades 5 - 8. We'll mix it up each week, sometimes with a craft, games day, book club, or baking!

The following ages are allowed in this program:

● Adults 18+

● Youth 16 - 18 with a signed parental permission form on file to work independently

Come join us in this beginning dulcimer group where we will gather and learn new songs and play together. This group usually meets on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month.

Join us for a Super Smash Bros Tournament! We'll provide the game and snacks! Register so we can add you to the tournament bracket!

Book a one-on-one technology training session with our Technology Instructor (Marc Dunlap).  These sessions are educational in nature, and you should have a clear goal of what you would like to learn during the session.

Join MFPL at Chick-fil-A for a Pop-Up Library!

This event will take place at Chick-fil-A! Registration is encouraged so that we know how many crafts to prepare. See you there!

Join us this summer for Young Artists Book Club!

Come play mahjong at the library! Practice your mahjong skills as you enjoy snacks and discussion with fellow mahjong players. The library has four mahjong sets for use by attendees, but you are welcome to bring your own set if you prefer.
