Program Description

Event Details

Join us this summer for Young Artists Book Club!

Each week we will read a picture book biography of a famous artist and create our own art in their style. This program is open to all elementary age children (ages 5 - 12). Some projects may get messy! Please register each child individually so we have enough supplies. This program is repeated at 1pm and 3pm each Monday.

June 30: This week, we'll read Dorothea Lange: The Photographer who Found the Faces of the Depression. Then we'll take group portraits with Polaroids and make popsicle stick frames!
