The following ages are allowed in this program:
● Adults 18+
● Youth 16 - 18 with a signed parental permission form on file to work independently
 

Get familiar with the equipment and learn how you can use it to complete personal projects from simple cuts to finished wood crafts. 

Woodworking projects will be completed outside and may be subject to weather cancellations. Please dress accordingly and wear closed toed shoes. Safety glasses, gloves and ear protection will be provided. 

This is a hands on woodworking 101 lecture; patrons may gain more experience or bring projects to work on during the optional lab on March 06, 2025.

Attendees must be a Mammen Family Public Library card holder in order to use makerspace equipment. TexShare and Student Passport cards do not qualify for use of makerspace equipment. Please include your library card number on the registration form below so that we can confirm your registration.
