Program Description

Event Details

Join us as we design and make earrings in this Makerspace lecture and lab series! If earrings aren't your thing, the concepts learned in this class can also be applied to making a keychain.

Patrons will attend a lecture on Monday evening to go over various ways to make earrings in the Makerspace. This session will include some design time, but patrons are welcome to continue working on their designs before returning on Saturday to “come and make it!”. To accommodate for machine demand and projected print/cut times, during the lecture on Monday we will schedule registrants for individual appointment times via sign-up sheet so they can come back for Saturday’s lab.

By registering for this program, you are signing up for a two-part course:

  • Monday, September 18th from 6:00-7:00pm: Lecture - We will learn how to design our earrings.
  • Saturday, September 23rd: Lab - Return for your individual appointment time to make your earrings!

Attendees must be a library card holder in order to use makerspace equipment. Please include your Mammen Family Public Library card number on the registration form below so that we can confirm your registration.
