Bring your lunch and learn something new! Join us this summer as we explore the natural world and what we can do to help it grow and thrive. 

This week we will be learning about Chronic Wasting Disease. Join us as we hear from Jessica Bergner and Olivia Kost through Texas Parks and Wildlife at Guadalupe River State Park. They will be discussing how Chronic Wasting disease affects deer and what we can do to help. 

This Lunch & Learn series takes place every Tuesday from June 10th-July 29th. Register for each week you plan to attend. 

June 10th: Birds 101 with Mitchell Lake Audubon Center

June 17th: Bats 101 with Bat Conservation International

June 24th: Toxic Plants with the Native Plant Society Lindheimer Chapter

July 1st: Composting with Comal County Master Gardeners

July 8th: Feral Hog Management with Comal County AgriLife Extension Office

July 15th: Native Pollinators with Texas A&M AgriLife

July 22nd: Texas Snake Identification and Safety Class with Hill Country Snake Removal

July 29th: Chronic Wasting Disease
