Program Description

Event Details

Join us for this four-part introduction to genealogy! Each week we will learn about different genealogy resources.

  • Week 1 (March 20): How to get started with your family history
  • Week 2 (March 27): Introduction to FamilySearch
  • Week 3 (April 3): Introduction to Ancestry
  • Week 4 (April 10): Introduction to other family history applications (Find My Past, Fold3, Geneanet, MyHeritage, Filae, Google)

We'll be navigating the resources as we learn about them. Please indicate on this form if you plan to bring your own device (laptop, tablet, etc.) to access the digital resources or if you would like to use one of the library's laptops.

This four-part series takes place on four consecutive Mondays at 11:30am: March 20, March 27, April 3, and April 10. Please only register if you plan to attend all four sessions of this series.
