Event Details
The Healthy Carbohydrates series is a four-session series intended for audiences wanting to learn more about how to prevent chronic disease (specifically diabetes and obesity) through nutrition practices. We'll learn how to find the right number of carbohydrates for your health goal and how to incorporate carbohydrates into your meals.
- January 17th - SESSION 1: Building a Healthy Plate
- January 31st - SESSION 2: Balancing Carbohydrates
- February 14th - SESSION 3: Finding the Sides: Fruit and Dairy
- February 28th - SESSION 4: The Sweetened Truth about Carbohydrates
By registering for this program, you will be registered for the full four-part course. Join us when you are able!
This program is presented by the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service in Comal County.
