Program Description

Event Details

Greatful Threads is a group of quilters who gather at the library to sew quilt tops. Quilters bring their own power cords, sewing machines, and supplies. Lunch is not provided, but you are welcome to bring lunch or go get your lunch and bring it back to the library.

This month we will not be sewing as originally planned, but instead having a PARTY!  We have a great game planned, a gift exchange, show and tell, and of course lunch.  For the gift exchange each attendee should bring a pattern ($10 and under) in a sealed bag so no one can see the pattern.  Bring at least one show and tell of something you did this year.  For lunch each person will bring a dish to share with the group.  Once you sign up an email will be sent to you asking what you will bring for lunch, so we won’t have all entrees or all salads or all desserts, but a variety of each.  Plates, utensils and napkins will be provided, but please bring your beverage of choice.  The game we will be playing will be also explained in the email you receive and what you need to bring to play the game.  Sign up early so we know how many are attending.  Hope you come and wear your ugly Christmas sweater if you like!
