Program Description

Event Details

Do you already know a little bit of French? Are you interested in practicing your French speaking and listening abilities? Join us this summer for our French Conversation Circle! The Conversation Circle will be a one hour program every Tuesday (with the exception of the Fourth of July) where you can practice speaking French with other members of the community. While this is not an instructor-led program, this is the perfect opportunity for you to brush up on your skills and meet new people!

To get conversations flowing, the library will provide very broad (optional) topics for the group to discuss for the hour. These topics will include: family, jobs, leisure activities, travel, summer plans, the weather, favorite books, favorite foods/restaurants, where are you from, schedules/routines, favorite movies/TV shows, etc.
