Event Details
Join us every Wednesday from 2:00 – 3:00 PM for a weekly Senior Planet lecture or workshop designed to help adults learn new skills, make new friends, and so much more. Each session will cover a different topic, offering practical tips and hands-on learning.
The topic for this week's lecture is Passwords, Passkeys, and More.
Protecting your online accounts starts with strong password practices. In this lecture, we’ll review password basics before exploring options like single sign-on, passkeys, multi-factor authentication, and password managers. Learn why these password alternatives are safe ways to simplify your digital life and keep your personal information secure.
This lecture does not include hands-on practice or require an electronic device.
This presentation is a part of the Senior Planet Licensing curriculum provided by Senior Planet from AARP.
