Event Details
Join us in the New Year as we learn to cook healthy and tasty foods while being diabetes conscious. This 4-part series will cover a range of healthy eating recipes and tips. Attendees will have the opportunity to taste the recipes and sometimes even cook the recipes themselves in class!
Attendance to all sessions is encouraged but not required.
Wednesday, January 8th: 11:00am-1:00pm
Wednesday, January 22nd: 11:00am-1:00pm
Wednesday, February 12th: 11:00am-1:00pm
Wednesday February 26th: 11:00am-1:00pm
All supplies will be provided for this hands-on class.
This program is provided in collaboration with the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service in Comal County and Methodist Health Ministries.
