Program Description

Event Details

Interested in ceramics? Want to know some basics about the craft before you start? In this class, we will discover the wide world of clays, clay tools, and ways to make a variety of vessels. While there will be limited hands-on experience in the class, you will walk away knowing what to buy to make just what you want at home!

This program is being offered on Monday, June 10th, 11:00am - 12:00pm and will be offered a second time on Tuesday, July 16th, 1:00pm - 2:00pm. This registration page is for the class session on Monday, June 10th. In order to help us make this program available to as many patrons as possible, please register to attend only one of the class dates.

Check out our other ceramics-related classes and kiln firing programs this summer! Click here for upcoming ceramics programs.

Attendees must be a Mammen Family Public Library card holder in order to use makerspace equipment. TexShare and Student Passport cards do not qualify for use of makerspace equipment. Please include your library card number on the registration form below so that we can confirm your registration.
