Event Details

Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga practiced while seated or using a chair for support. This class is perfect for those with limited mobility, recovering from injury, or anyone looking for a slower-paced, accessible practice. We'll explore seated stretches, mindful breathing, and simple standing poses, all designed to increase flexibility, circulation, and relaxation.

No experience is necessary. Just bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes. Great for seniors, office workers, or anyone seeking a calming movement practice.

All are welcome—come as you are!

Staff recommends that you bring your own yoga mat if you are able to. Yoga mats provided by the library are limited.
