Event Details
Learn the basics of playing ukulele! Join instructor Ann Scott Cook for a three-day introductory course.
No experience necessary. Class registrants may check out a library ukulele on their library card in order to practice between classes. Please note on your registration form if you will be bringing your own ukulele or borrowing one of the library's instruments.
This class builds on itself and attendance is key! Please register each participant individually and plan to attend all three classes. The group will be meeting on the following days and times:
- Class 1: Monday, May 1st from 10:45am-2:00pm (please plan to arrive at 10:45 on the first day to get set up with a ukulele and class materials)
- Class 2: Wednesday, May 3rd from 11:00am-2:00pm
- Class 3: Friday, May 5th from 11:00am-2:00pm
We will take a 30-minute snack/lunch break each day, so please bring a snack or a packed lunch with you to enjoy during the break.
