Program Description

Event Details

This lecture will cover the emerging technology of AI in art and design as well as ethical concerns for creators. Patrons may bring their own laptops or use a library laptop to explore free AI generators and we will demonstrate applications with paid and subscription AI features.

This lecture is being offered on Tuesday, March 12th, 6:00pm - 7:30pm and will be offered a second time on Saturday, March 16th, 11:00am - 12:30pm. This registration page is for the class session on Saturday, March 16th. In order to help us make this program available to as many patrons as possible, please register to attend only one of the class dates.

Attendees must be a Mammen Family Public Library card holder in order to use makerspace equipment. TexShare and Student Passport cards do not qualify for use of makerspace equipment. Please include your library card number on the registration form below so that we can confirm your registration.
