Reserve a Room (by room)

The Teal - Bill & Myrna Perez - study room can seat 4-6 people.  It does not have a window.

Both Youth Services program rooms adjacent to the children's area.

The Hugh & Mary Raley Training Room is located in the main section of the library.  It can comfortably seat about 18 people in a rectangular configuration. 

Meeting Room A is the first room on the left as you enter the library.  It has an outside door that leads to the front patio.

Meeting Room B is the second room on the left as you enter the library.  It has an additional door to the long meeting room hallway.

Meeting Room C is the largest meeting room, located on the left down the long hallway.   It has an additional door to the patio.  

Meeting Rooms A & B can be combined into one larger room and can be entered through either door in Room A or Room B.  This room is arranged classroom style and can accommodate 56 people seated at 18”tables, with two chairs at each table. It has an additional door to the front patio. Please DO NOT hang anything on the fabric partition wall of the room.   While furniture can be rearranged, the rooms must be returned to the classroom configuration before you leave. 

All three large meeting rooms at the front of the library can be combined into one 2800 square foot meeting space.  In this configuration, there will be two doors to the front patio area.
