Program Description
Event Details
**Due to a conflict with the presenter's availability, we need to cancel this presentation scheduled for October 4th. We hope to reschedule this presentation for a future date.**
Come learn about the U.S. Geological Survey's Lepidoptera Research Collection and how you can get involved! We'll be learning about this citizen science project and how you can help contribute to this pilot study to aid scientists in their search to identify the contaminants and environmental factors which may be contributing to the decline of insect populations in Texas.
We'll be gathering at the library to view the live presentation together. The USGS project's scientist-in-charge, Julie Dietze, will be joining us virtually for the presentation. After the presentation, there will be time for questions.
