Program Description

Event Details

Attention teens! Are you interested in learning about and using the different machines in the Makerspace? Join us as our Makerspace Specialist, Katherine Taylor-Pearson, walks us through the mechanics of using the different devices to create a variety of items. Teens will learn the basics of these machines and will be able to create their own designs to take home.

In September, teens will be learning about the Cricut Joy and Cricut Maker. Need to make a card and get some tips on paper cutting? Come join us! Everyone will be making a minimum of two 4.25x 5.5 inch cards and maybe more. A surprise crafting tool will also be given to all attendees!
