Program Description

Event Details

Learn to use the beginner-friendly HUE Animation Studio to create your own stop motion short film! We have limited props and backgrounds for use--attendees are encouraged to bring their own and may use library resources for additional backdrops. We will hold a brief lecture/demo on the library's HUE animation studio and equipment as well as stop motion apps for tablets and phones.

Attendees will also be DIY certified to use stop motion equipment by appointment and may enter their animations to the library’s first ever short film festival on Saturday, June 29th. Stay tuned for more details on our short film festival!

Attendees must be a Mammen Family Public Library card holder in order to use makerspace equipment. TexShare and Student Passport cards do not qualify for use of makerspace equipment. Please include your library card number on the registration form below so that we can confirm your registration.
