Event Details
Join us for this Step Up Scale Down class session! We'll be learning various techniques to stay active, including chair exercises and resistance band activities to help promote healthy weight loss and lifestyle habits.
All supplies will be provided for this hands-on class. Attendees are welcome to practice the exercises as we learn them in class.
This program is provided in collaboration with the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service in Comal County and Methodist Health Ministries.
