 The following ages are allowed in this program:
● Adults 18+
● Youth 16 - 18 with a signed parental permission form on file to work independently
● Youth 10 - 15 with a participating parent in attendance at all times (one child per adult). Register your child and add yourself as the second seat. Younger siblings will not be permitted near equipment; please plan accordingly. 
 

Come and see what "Santa" can make in the Makerspace!


Choose from a selection of "Come & Make It" packets that contain all the instructions for you to make gifts using the MFPLibrary Makerspace's tools & machines.  They will not only have the basic instructions you will need to follow, but helpful web-links to things like YouTube videos and storefronts where you can find the materials to take your project to the next level.

There are plenty of "Open Maker Hours" in December, for you to come in and complete the projects with our help!  So, don't forget to register for one of those as well (you will need to know what tools/machines you will be using, so please wait to register until after you have selected your packet).

Attendees must be a Mammen Family Public Library card holder in order to use makerspace equipment. TexShare and Student Passport cards do not qualify for use of makerspace equipment. Please include your library card number on the registration form below so that we can confirm your registration.
