Read to a Dog!

Age Group:

Early Elementary (ages 5-8), Upper Elementary (ages 8-12), Tweens (ages 10-14)
  • Registration is required for this event.
  • Registration will open on July 4, 2026 @ 2:30pm.

Event Details

Come to the Children's Programming Room anytime between 2:30 - 3:30pm to read to Daisy! You can bring a book from home or choose a library book. Everyone will get a turn to read, but the length of time will depend on how many families come to the program. 

Dawn and Daisy are a therapy team certified through Therapy Animals of San Antonio.
