Event Details
“Photography” has many facets, one of which is Nature Photography, and while many basic principles transfer over from one facet to another, there are some particular to taking pictures of “natural things” rather than just people & places. While this is a continuation of our Photo 101 series of lectures, each class is taught independently.
We will mainly be discussing: nature scapes / macro-lenses / action-shots / bringing the outside in…
- While there will be equipment used as part of the lecture if you have questions specific to your device you may want to bring it to the class.
*Bonus: Most of what is covered in these classes are applicable to photography done with modern cell phones!
The following ages are allowed in this program:
- Adults over 18
- Youth 16 - 18 who have a signed parental permission form on file to work independently
- Youth over 12 with a parent in attendance and participating at all times. Please register both child and adult.
Attendees must be a Mammen Family Public Library card holder in order to use makerspace equipment. TexShare and Student Passport cards do not qualify for use of makerspace equipment. Please include your library card number on the registration form below so that we can confirm your registration.
