Come learn more about the free legal assistance offered by the Alamo Area Council of Governments (AACOG)!

Legal Services to older adults over 60:

  • Wills
  • Power of Attorney
  • Advanced Directives
  • TODD – Transfer on Death Deed
  • Adult Guardianship
  • QIT – Qualified Income Trust – for the purpose of Medicaid Eligibility
  • Adoptions and Custody for children being raised by a relative over the age of 55
  • Probate

This is an informational presentation to learn about the free services offered by AACOG and how you can get started using these services. Individual legal advice will not be given during this group presentation.
