Kids Chess Tournament

This is a beginner (unrated) chess tournament open to all elementary students(K-5) in New Braunfels and nearby areas. We will play on Saturday at 12 p.m. until finish (usually around 3p.m).

LIMIT 30 PEOPLE FOR THIS EVENT.

Round times: • 5 Rounds • Rounds 1 starts at 12 PM

Time controls: • All Rounds G/15

Entry fee: FREE

Sections and Prizes:

SECTIONS MIGHT BE COMBINED IF LOW ENTRY

  • K-1st grade
  • 2nd-3rd grade
  • 4th-5th grade

1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophies for each section
