April is National Poetry Month!

Learn about the art of Japanese short-form poetry: haiku. We will read Caldecott Honorist Jon J Muth’s book Hi, Koo! together before trying our hand at writing our own haikus! No stress, all fun -- this is time to be creative together!

*There is no strict age limit on this program, but children should understand counting syllables and be able to write independently. Let Ms. Montana know if you have questions!*
