In honor of Rosa Parks' birthday (Feb. 4th), join us as we take a dive into the Library of Congress digital archives to find Rosa Parks' handwritten pancake recipe! We'll learn some history about Rosa Parks and compare her recipe to other pancake recipes. We'll also use her recipe to whip up a few pancakes for us to sample together!

Note: The pancake recipe we will be sampling includes a peanut product.
