Ceramics for Your Home: Lanterns
Each participant will get the chance to make a candle-sized lantern out of clay, while learning a few basic ceramic techniques.
After the class, the attendees' work will be given time to dry properly and then fired the following week in the library’s kiln. Attendees will be notified by email after their pieces have been fired so that they can return to the library to pick up their masterpieces (approximately 10-14 days after the class date)!
Attendees must be a Mammen Family Public Library card holder in order to use makerspace equipment. TexShare and Student Passport cards do not qualify for use of makerspace equipment. Please include your library card number on the registration form below so that we can confirm your registration.
