Program Description

Event Details

Join us for this crash course as we will learn the fundamentals of how to play the Hong Kong version of mahjong. All supplies provided and no prior mahjong experience is needed! The library has mahjong sets for attendees to use during this Beginning Mahjong class.

This Beginning Mahjong class will be a short 45-minute introduction to the game of mahjong from 1:00pm-1:45pm. After this introduction session, we hope you will stick around from 2:00pm-4:00pm to practice what you learned in our Mahjong Free Play program. Our Mahjong Free Play program occurs each Monday afternoon, and you can learn more by clicking here.
